SALES OPERATION AND ANALYST
Mission
The Sales operation and analyst will oversee three activities: Sales activities, monitoring the project flow and sales administration
Oversee the market research, analyzing the sales trend and coordinating the whole CRM activities.
In charge in recording monthly forecasted and actual sales.
Ensure the sales process are in order until the hand over to the PM is done.
Coordinate with other department to handle the ordering process until the close of project.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and coordination when required.
Main Tasks
Market Knowledge
To cover the whole activities in Asia Pacific region.
Analyzing sales performance (per countries, per market) – using CRM database and sale forecast.
The analysis should be updated regularly as a sales analysis tool for the salesperson.
Monthly analysis of sales status (gap analysis).
Reviewing sales contract (LOI / PO).
In charge of all sales processes to book the project in to the system (60-80%; milestones).
Ensuring all sales process documents (e.g., PO, contracts, invoicing, certificates) are properly filed and kept for references.
Liaise closely with finance department on revenue recognition.
Monitoring of agent sale commission through AWS and contracts with agents.
Propose and implement the optimization in CRM for Sales
Authority Exercised
Has the authority to make any modification required in CRM, communicating with France in the optimization for CRM system.
Coordinate internally with other departments to ensure a proper project transition and closing.
Reports
Weekly meeting with the Strategy and Sales Director Asia Pacific.
Monthly forecast report
Key Performance Indicators ("KPI")
Time to answer a request.
The accuracy of the data and information provided for the analysis
Consistency in monitoring and updating sales progress, CRM data, and project status

Competences & Qualifications
Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
Have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Creative in finding solutions to complex problems.
Analytical minded.
A strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
Cultural sensitivity and open mindedness.
Must be cost-oriented, sharp in equipment definition.
Willing to help and support others.
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
Well organized, proactive and self-motivated.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English. French will be of added advantage and will contribute to build strong relationship with French head quarter and factories. Any other Asian language is a plus.
