Marketing Strategist Asia Pacific
This position involves creating detailed plans that align with the company’s goals. The strategist works closely with other teams to ensure the marketing message is consistent across all platforms. They also monitor the success of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
The Marketing Strategist uses data and insights to guide decision-making. They conduct market research and analyze customer data to understand what drives consumer choices.
Main Task
Assist the Regional Sales team in the development and execution of marketing strategy.
Make yearly planning for marketing activities.
Collaborate with marketing teams internationally, ensuring they are aligned with group plans and are executing local campaigns according to strategy, content standardization, and appropriate timelines.
Understand the marketing needs in each APAC country and propose strategies for each country.
Lead, create content, and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads at subsidiary and group levels, including overseeing third-party vendors relevant to each campaign (with the help of local colleagues in the same time zone).
Increase the traction of Serac Asia using digital marketing.
Analyze and conduct market research for each region.
Maintain CRM data intake for Serac Asia.
Maintain sales performance data in the CRM.
Provide related marketing materials such as videos, brochure presentation standards, exhibitions, and other content to ensure the marketing strategy is executed as planned.
Authority Exercised:
The Marketing Specialist decide in coordination with the Serac IT Manager.
The Marketing Specialist activate campaigns at a regional level.
Reports:
Monthly reporting on campaign results to the Sales team.
Weekly meetings with the Regional Sales Director.
Information Technology
Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
Extensive knowledge of Linked In, Google search and Google Add, YouTube, and other social media.
Knowledge of website structure and landing page function.
Understanding of SEO.
Showpad.
Video editing.
Microsoft CRM
Competences & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in any field with at least 5 to 8 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Able to make sense of high volumes of data and orient campaigns accordingly.
Understand Serac’s capabilities.
Creative, with the ability to write scripts for videos.
Well-versed in content creation.
Able to manage suppliers for content creation.
Open-minded and a team player.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to help and support others.
Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Well-organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English. Any other Asian language is an added advantage.
